Returns and Exchanges

Refunds on coffee products must be requested within 10 days of purchase.
Refunds/Exchanges on ALL accessories must meet the following criteria
- Items must be UNUSED, and in original packaging.
- Refund process must be started within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days from purchase date, store credit will be provided.
- After 30 days, NO refunds will be provided.
