A Little About Us

A couple years ago, I was drinking another disappointing cup of coffee while running some errands. I had one brand, in particular, that i really enjoyed. But with rapid expansion in a short time, the coffee quality had suffered. And with so many subpar coffee shops flooding the market with "just ok" coffee, I knew what I needed to do.
So I started doing some research. And before I knew It, a brand was born.

My goal was to bring amazing coffee to as many people as possible. I sought out farms and suppliers that shared the same passion and commitment to quality that I strived to achieve. We are proud to wear the Certified Fair Trade badge. We only work with farms who share the Fair Trade designation, ensuring humane growing conditions, fair wages for workers, and environmentally safe growing practices. After countless hours of searching and tasting, I finally found my core lineup.

After finally launching the brand, I wanted to give back and help others. And so the Valor & Virtue and Florian's Fuel lines were created. V&V benefits various law enforcement organizations and FF gives to the National Fallen Firefighter Foundation. These two professions are vital to our way of life, and often under respected. I wanted to show my respect and help those who sacrifice so much for our safety and well being. After working with so may fire and police departments over the years, the men and women in uniform have my utmost respect and gratitude.

Since our inception, we have launched a total of 10 roasts with more on the way. We have made many charitable contributions to various charities through our 4 coffees benefiting those charities. We have a line of meat rubs, coffee infused tea bags, and many other products currently in the works. Thank you for coming on this ride with me, I hope you come along for years to come.
