Our Signature Roast has a bold mouth feel, low acidity, and a syrupy body. Notes of dark chocolate & black cherry finish with a long, subtle earthy and nutty note.
Pinnacle Signature Roast is sourced from family owned farms in Java, Indonesia. The Kayumas and Curah Tatal villages have cultivated the finest beans in the country. Coffee was first cultivated in Java in the 17th century, and have been perfecting their processes ever since. The higher elevations, and nutrient rich volcanic soil only enhance the already delectable beans grown here. Most coffees in Indonesia are grown on government owned farms, however our coffee is produced by small farms who also produce other crops to ensure stability in the region. The Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade, and Organic Certifications help to ensure social, environmental and economic prosperity.
